我下單的時候明明顯示現貨、我才下單的,結果現在突然寫缺貨,如果沒現貨就不應該寫現貨啊! 你們的程式不能寫清楚嗎? 一旦庫存量都被下單了,就應該自動更新頁面寫成預購,最好連預計到貨日期都要寫上!不然遇到趕時間要用的客人 哪有時間等你們到貨啊?不然你們就不應該寫「現貨」,應該寫「現貨+預購」 這明明應該是很簡單的程式,叫你們工程師、營運團隊去改進,不要欺騙消費者,什麼叫做搶到現貨?????做生意信用才是最重要的,而不是一天到晚想著怎麼行銷,這麼基本的問題應該要改善,你要不是寫現貨,我根本不會下單!一個沒有誠信也沒有效率的網拍,我只買到一肚子火!浪費我時間!

第一次購買經驗很不好(退貨問題),想再給Wstyle一次機會。 第二次購買,下單至今已過半個月,還沒收到商品。原本買的是天涼時想穿的衣服,但夏天來了,衣服還在缺貨中。 下單訂購時未見商品寫預購,等不到商品上網查詢,卻寫商品預購?過幾天查,又變缺貨中? 另外 1: 商品品質布料粗糙,不符合這價位。賣的是包裝,但消費者要買的是物件本身的品質。 2: 衣服會褪色,把其他衣服都染色了⋯ 2: 做電商,週末沒有Line客服,但有Line廣告推播。老闆真的有誠意嗎?
