★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty good - large bowl is very filling and has a good amount of ingredients. However, the soup lacks a little in flavouring even though it isn't watery. There is a good variety of toppings you can add into it including fresh garlic paste which some places don't offer or even charge for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of my favorite 牛肉麵 places! The price is very affordable, the broth is delicious, the beef is tender, and the noodles are chewy. To top everything off, this place is 24H!
I ordered the beef noodle soup with "red soup," the order came out pretty quickly and it was delicious (for lunch). I can't imagine how it would taste as "the day after" meal or drunchies.
The soup was flavored really well, it was a tad bit too oily (I had to wipe my mouth off after every bite). The noodles like I mentioned above was chewy and there was just the right amount to get me full. The beef was very tender and there wasn't too much fat. I kept thinking they didn't give me enough beef but I kept finding more at the bottom of the bowl.
Overall delicious!

I tried walking in at 9am on a Tuesday and they were not serving anyone.
Very affordable food though for the serving size and quality. I'll definitely return here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a combo beef noodle soup with beef, tripe and tendon. The broth is not really up to par esp compared to the many beef noodle shops in Taiwan which this dish is famous for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent place for late night food. I like the pork dumplings there thy had a good blend of pork and vegetable. Tried the dry beef noodle soup but it has a bit of a different taste that I didn't like here. Got a hot and sour soup with dumplings it was on the lighter side, although I was surprise they put tiny pork blood slivers in it which I wasn't a fan of.
I'm sure it's fine for other persons tastes. Also tried the Taiwanese cold sweet cabbage side dish and it was decent. My friend tried the cold bitter melon side dish he said could be better. But hey there's more to try so give it a go. Service was decent and the place is ok clean. Plenty of fans and A/C to keep you cool. They also have a sauce station for you to select and add flavor to your dishes. MRT Blue line stop Zhongxiao Dunhua.
