★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This raw chocolate cake has quite different textures from the bottom to the top. The top is raw chocolate which is so delicate and the solidly cake at the bottom. The whole cake is not only dense but also moist and chocolate is so flavorful and rich. Definitely worthy to give it a try!
