All clothings displayed at the plastic bag with the top wide open. You can compared the price before you decided to buy. All types of fashion pattern, shoes, hats, jeans, slacks, be it male or female, as long as you like, can find it here.

Plan enough time - plenty of wholesale shops, some don't what to handle retail business. Textiles and shoes from Taiwan, Korea, and mainland China offered. A very busy place, many shops you find downtown and along the night markets are buying from here. Take your time, walk in the shops. Friendly trading people.

Every tourist must visit this place at least once. You can find cheap & affordable clothes from head to toes, shoes, bags, souvenir shops, etc. This place very near to Raohe Street night market with just 5 minutes away walking distance from wufenpu. Crowded with people. Love the food there especially smelly tofu, Taiwan sausages, polo buns, pancake & pies, beef meats, etc

Cheap clothes. Not much haggle (just a little). They pretty much leave you alone as they don't really care about individual sales. We bought 5 pieces of clothing and spent about 75 bucks, my wife (semi-professional personal shopper) assumes it would have costed us ~200 bucks if done at a legitimate store.

If you're looking cheapest clothing in Taiwan I commend this place. Variety of wardrobe that you can find and buy with affordable price. They're open start at 3pm. Directions from blue line going to nangang Station #20 HOUSHANPI, exit 1 then cross the street and then straight.

Cool shopping experience but you need to barter a lot. Be aware that some shops don't let you touch the bagged garments and you are to look at the ones hung up and ask for it. Do be advised that you should check the quality before you purchase from the bag. I found that even with bartering the prices amount to the same as the shops in the night market if you don't speak taiwanese. When I used my broken taiwanese I got better discounts. The clothing selection is varied. You have your cute sweaters and some office ware but mostly casual girl outfits. The male stores tend to give way better prices because of the lack of customers. We got a blazer from 1600 nt to 1350 whereas a women's sweater they priced at 1350 and dropped to 1000 but I'm pretty sure I could have gotten way less from hearing their conversation. (I understand the language but can't speak well so I bartered in English.)

Wholesale prices for fashion, mostly indie labels and producers. Suitable for the younger crowd, you may not be able to find something that suits you if you prefer more mature style. Mostly casual and street wear. Mostly clothes there are some shops selling shoes and accessories. Near to 2 mrt lines the blue and green line, walking distance from song Shan station.

Always a pleasure to walk around ... lovely wholesale area. Wish there were more shops selling mens clothes.
