這兒離開捷運萬隆站的公車站不算很遠，附近的街道才算開始熱鬧一點，如果從師大分部公車站往新店的方向當作一個起點的話，這地區要到捷運萬隆站處才能算是萬隆區的鬧區，萬隆的鬧區其實不大。
沿路的人行道蠻寬的，行人，YouBike就還好，偶爾會碰到違規的摩托車，就有點麻煩了，我在馬路對面就碰到一個案例，結果是警察摩托車鳴著警笛，去追那位違規者，應該是追上了，至於如何處理，就不知道了。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這個站個人覺得很奇怪，為什麼２開頭及６開頭的站牌分設在羅斯福路五段192巷兩邊？就不能像下一站萬隆捷運站都設在一起嗎？在地人的疑惑有人可以解決嗎？
