一個人打電腦,兩個站後面看,一個接電話,一個站接待。整個處室只有一台電腦!難怪慢到極點。 居隔單的填發單位是五股衛生所蓋的章,資料錯誤要更改,卻說要去五股區公所,五股區公所說要去戶籍地區公所,戶籍地區公所說,明明五股區公所也可以改。 重點是查了資料,根本沒上傳!!!第一張居隔單到底怎麼開出來的??

今天5/13去拿隔離證明(因為在上班時接觸確診者 其實4/15就申請了,說一個禮拜會打電話通知 一直沒有接的電話,家長也有一直在打電話給衛生所 到最後還是今天家長有空才過去去 然後反應電話打不通 一樓前台小姐說有分機 但家長打過去就直接忙線中 也沒辦法輸入分機號碼 家長也有詢問是不是網路上的電話是錯誤 前台小姐也說是對的 後面補了一句:如果所有人都在接電話 那他們就忙翻了 後來順便問BNT疫苗什麼時候有 一樓前台小姐:要問陳時中 我家長回:就是問不到陳時中,才問你 她回:那他也不知道啊 過程也是都很不耐煩態度很差 我是覺得說,我跟家人都同為服務業 我們也覺得他們很辛苦 但該有的服務態度應該要有吧? 更何況現場並沒有很多人 應該說根本沒人 如果覺得累那就請不要做服務人員 雖然後面我態度也沒有多好 但我們沒有理由要受到這樣的服務態度

來這邊打疫苗兩次了,每次都是一樣,效率非常差,整個大塞車,抽號碼牌也跟沒抽ㄧ樣,沒按照順序,相較於五股公民會館,公民會館指引快速清楚,動線流暢,麻煩衛生所改進
