No heat, tiny hand towels for bathing, no flat sheet, no elevator...but they provide toothbrushes and toothpaste...\oo/

The hotel is okay. The staff was nice but it the hotel is old and the room was very dusty. There was also a bad smell coming from the bathroom.

The bathroom light should be better. Its to dark.

Basically you get what you pay for. Rooms are small and not too much leg space to walk around but it has all the necessities, including room heating. We were a group of 3 but were given a quadruple room with '2 double beds'. Their double beds are not exactly double in size, good thing we were all small in stature so we fit the bed. Bed was okay, it was not as hard as the reviews say and the comforter was thick enough to provide warmth. Like all reviews, towels provided are only hand towels so better bring your own. They provide basic toiletries in packets, as well as complimentary tea. There is also a water dispenser in the corridor where you can refill hot drinking water. Best part for me is the breakfast (provided by another restaurant). The hotel will just give you a ticket stub and you can go to the restaurant in the morning. It's a buffet-style traditional Taiwanese breakfast but ends at around 9AM. Hotel check out is strict but you can leave your bags in the lobby if you still want to wander around the park.
