Well worth a visit! Wutai Township, surrounded by mountains with an average altitude of more than 1,000 meters, is known as the "Hometown of Baiyun". It is the administrative area with the highest altitude in Pingtung County and the only Rukai tribe in Pingtung County. As its name suggests, Slate Alley is an alley paved with slate, and it is also the main living area of ​​the residents of Wutai tribe. On both sides of Yanban Alley are living spaces carefully created by tribal people, and are marked with clay pots, echoing the carvings along the alley.
