★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This local market is different every day, with weekend crowds and weekday sundries plus a fair number of snack carts at night. The Vietnamese and "Little Bull"(?) stir-fry places are great and cheap, with the former often refilling pho broth for free. The stir-fry place wheels the kitchen out into the street every night so you can't miss it; the family makes great flat rice noodles with lamb for under US$3, as well as Thai chicken strips or fish fingers (ask for the excellent hot-garlic-sweet sauce on the side). Love to watch them cook, everything is so fast and fresh!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many dinning options here, especially during the night time. The market option is during the daytime. Pretty crowded during the daytime as well. No public washrooms available. Very short walking distance to bus stations. Overall, I would recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some are cheap, some are expensive. Only selected fruits/vegetables can be bought here. Make sure you are there early so you don't get caught up in the crowd. All around, it's good to shop there.
