在蝸牛巷的一間小店,氛圍很棒! 飲品更是不錯?,期間老闆還招待了嘉義一口酥餅! 金質紅玉鮮奶茶,奶茶的口味很棒,老闆特別解釋只有牛奶和茶葉調配出來的,不加任何水! 冰滴威士忌狂想曲,也充滿了老闆的用心,是用了發酵的手法來產生此氣味,隨著溫度的變化每口都會品嘗到不同的口味,搭上寬口杯在飲用後更能聞到杯底的香氣! 有經過可以來坐坐跟老闆聊咖啡!

蝸牛巷算是台南必來路線之一,這一天來買點伴手禮之外順道想找間小店落腳休息一下,隨意地在地圖上搜尋便決定來水倉試驗所,人生偶爾要隨興一點才能讓不同的契機在生活中探頭。 內用提供無菜單的茶品和咖啡以及各項單品。 手沖冰咖啡(選擇店主推薦的豆子) 咖啡豆可以自行挑選想要的豆子,並會由店主現場沖製,太多選擇而容易選擇障礙的我,把決定權交給店主決定,基本上應該就不會錯到哪了,實際上也是如此,有著淡淡果香和微酸入口,個人蠻喜歡的,下次再來還是會將咖啡豆的決定權交給店主。 梨山高山茶 如果不太常喝咖啡或想換點口味,這裡還有提供茶品,一樣是光看到菜單就曉得每一樣都是精心而端出給客,茶真的也是值得一點,喝的到清新也喝的到堅持,更不用說像是靜靜的發光的器皿,每一口都是欣賞。 水倉試驗所,店內空間其實不大,儘管小小的卻讓人更意外的是每一處的空間,都讓人能沉迷其中,巧妙的將老屋樣貌再次透過店主的心思襯托出來,小小聲地說店主招待的鳳梨乾很好吃呢。 有一些小角落有一點點的耐人詢問,有一些小角落可以感覺的到呼吸默默地蔓延,有一些角落永遠等著到來的眼神給予目光。 儘管幾乎一個轉身便能探望整間店,但仍值得來坐,一旁有一些乖乖坐好的舊物和物品,不經意的吸引人想好好一探究竟。 找一天隨意給自己無聊的藉口,有一間店會是你想特別一個人來坐,來浪費一個下午的,這裡或許會是一個突然閃過的念頭,與自己共處的絕佳時光就這樣如底片般的被沖洗了出來。

快步在大街巷弄之間 時間有點趕 想停一下腳步 隨機地 喝個台南咖啡 走著走到 永福路巷弄裡來 看到好多間 新意小店 看到了水倉識驗所 本想再往前看看 不過走了幾步 就往回走去水倉了 (就決定是你了✊) —— “評論文章且長且短, 吸收前請詳閱公開說明書” ❗️本篇幅十分過長 以下若字多傷眼 懇請見諒 20211202 四 內用外帶菜單些微不同 桌上就有內用菜單 我想喝個美式 (雖然早上已經喝了一杯?) 天氣終於冷了 來個熱美式 美式咖啡 熱 80 很特別地是用玻璃杯裝的熱美式 一個還是雙層玻璃杯 (老闆=所長:保溫作用) 美式順口地好喝(所長自己配的三種豆) 喝到後面 果香味慢慢地出來 忘了怎麼跟所長聊到拿鐵的 水倉的不是拿鐵 而是咖啡歐蕾 (以下真的太多, 有點忘了,打上個大概?。) 為什麼是咖啡歐蕾? 所長: 因為 不愛第一口到最後一口的味道不一致 熱拿鐵有奶泡 奶泡會消逝 而且通常咖啡都會慢慢地喝嘛 第一口到最後一口的味道 的確會不一樣 更不要說是冰拿鐵了 冰塊融化前後的味道 非常明顯的差異 (而且容易喝到最後一口就不會喝了, 因為味道很淡。) 所長說: 就像你吃飯糰, 吃到後面,只剩飯,都沒料了, 不是很空虛嗎? (的確是很空虛,但我還是會吃完?) 就是不愛這種空虛的感覺 於是乎 一杯濃醇滑順 味道一致性的咖啡歐蕾 因而誕生 而且還是招牌 (說得心癢癢,好像不點一杯, 對不起我自己啊。) 好吧 那就再來一杯咖啡歐蕾吧 冰咖啡歐蕾 125 真的是濃醇滑順 會讓你一口接一口地想喝完 好喝耶 (而且跟美式是同樣的豆子, 只是比例不同) 好喝咖啡本來就不用加糖 但咖啡如果喝習慣加糖的人 喝這個不用加 也能接受 真的會喜歡 (所長:要加糖, 我這邊也沒有糖給你加啦?) 所長送上一個嘉義小蛋捲 謝謝? 然後不知怎麼著 又說到了Espresso 雖然是無糖之人 但某次喝到Espresso 僅一次 就不敢領教了 實在是太苦了? 講著講著 不知所長何時做好的? 就遞上一杯Espresso (謝謝?) 用小小的茶杯裝的 說是嚐嚐看 有點怕怕的? 香味濃 第一口有點苦味 邊聊邊喝 漸漸地味道有點不一樣了 怎麼變甜了? 喝一口抿一口 會有甜味出來 越來越好喝? 小小一杯 但會細細慢慢地品嚐 又是所長自己配的豆子(俗稱秘方?) 真的好喝 這算第三品了吧 (還是好喝?) 試驗所不只有咖啡還有茶 咖啡就是喝一個時間內 多種層次感跟變化性 茶味能延展 嚐看它味道的持久性 而容器、材質也能夠影響咖啡與茶的變化 難怪水倉的飲品 杯器使用地如此講究和特別 又說道岩茶(武夷岩茶) 接著 出現了杯第八泡的烏龍茶(謝謝所長?) (第八泡了,茶、香、味還濃,好喝?。) 不到一小時 咖啡與茶的知識已經滿點 (希望有灌入腦子裡) 聽著所長侃侃而談(學識超淵博) 你會洗耳恭聽的 要不是時間不夠 真的會想繼續請所長漫談的 謝謝不知不覺走到了水倉 謝謝所長的招待與分享 嚐到了好咖啡和好茶 下次想嚐嚐所長推薦的單品 也可以再來杯Esspreso? (以上言詞若有誤,望請所長指正?)
