★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這裡的教練全部都是在交友軟體上釣魚，一開始都用聊天交友來跟你包裝，後面一直給你推銷教你健身買賀寶芙，你表明只是想聊天而已沒有要健身，就在哪裡罵人然後甚至解除好友，浪費別人時間，態度惡劣！！

老師上課很用心，
課程的音樂也很棒，
課程時間安排節奏還不錯。
可惜上課的時段很差，
例如2點時段，中午吃飯很趕，也不能吃太多 ，
不然等一下激烈運動又容易吐，
應該要調整一些比較好的時段。
附近停車場算是蠻多的，
坐捷運過來也是方便 ，
可以來體驗看。
