★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this market! I prefer the day market over night markets because it is not as crowded and easier to Navigate with children. They rotate sellers often a lot of delicious food such as roast duck, Chinese boiled chicken, food stalls, fruit, clothes, shoes, almost everything at great prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent Vietnamese stall in the middle of the market, it’s the best food in the whole market.
I wouldn’t recommend this market to a tourist because it’s fairly small and it’s all the standard night market food you find everywhere... but it’s a good place to grab something on the way home from work, there’s a decent selection of stuff in the evening.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a fun place. We were there the morning of Chinese New Year Eve. The hustle and bustle was exhilarating. Went back one evening and there were a number of wonderful food stands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A site full of local flavour! This is where you really see local taiwanese buying food. Great place for breakfast and there are cooked food. Highly recommend the 四神汤, a herbal soup with 4 types of herbs and pig intestines, clear and nutritious!
Stuffs are generally cheaper than night markets ;P
Night markets are really overrated!
