牛肉：軟嫩，入口即化，味道非常入味
麵條：帶點硬，是我喜歡的咬勁
湯頭：牛大骨用心熬煮，鹹味道偏重，但不影響口感，依然可以品嚐出蔬菜的香氣，骨髓有熬出來，帶點油，卻不膩，口齒留香長久

總結：價格親民，牛肉麵CP值高，唯一缺點就是服務人員有一些些冷淡，但可能是我在最忙的時間來吃，但不影響心情
