真的很少吃到這麼好吃的牛肉乾拌麵！味道非常特別，也不會說吃到最後會很油膩，
牛肉乾拌麵是功夫菜！老闆撈麵後，倒入攪拌鍋內會費功的加以攪拌，讓整個麵都入味！
隨便一條麵的口感都非常有味道！味道也非常特別！有一種說不上來特別的香氣是別間沒有的！很獨特！
牛肉也非常軟嫩多汁，口感極佳且Q彈。
非常值得喜歡吃牛肉乾拌麵的朋友品嚐品嚐！
老闆也是很熱心且好客的個性！讓客人感覺很好。

Beef jerky noodles is a Kung Fu dish! After the boss picks up the noodles, pour them into the mixing pot and stir them with great effort to make the whole noodles delicious!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 台灣好吃的牛肉麵店不多，這間是其中一間我很喜歡的，牛肉跟牛雜都軟嫩完全不硬柴，湯頭也很棒！乾麵系列味道也是有功夫的真的很好吃，我最喜歡吃疙瘩！
There are not many delicious beef noodle shops in Taiwan. This is one of my favorites. The beef and offal are both tender and not hard, and the soup is also great! The dry noodle series tastes really good too. I like pimple!

很尷尬，餐廳都休息，
老闆還是會煮，真好。

比較失望是貢丸湯（真的是兩顆貢丸跟清湯組成的）?湯也沒什麼味道?

牛肉麵滿有水準的
沒想到紅燒也能這麼清淡
但是是有味道，順口的
這滿意外的 ?
牛肉軟嫩大塊，給的也多，還有半筋半肉
真滴讚
有兩隻店狗，小黑小黃
很乖不會亂叫，想說吃完再拍照
結果好像被老闆帶進房間
可能怕打擾客人吃飯
