★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 北埔商圈一條街附近算還不錯好吃的麵店，位置座落在警察局對面，冷櫃小菜眾多口味不錯也價格不錯，但是環境較為開放關係，蒼蠅跟果蠅較多飛來飛去，吃飯時候發現碗的邊緣有食物殘渣已硬化，有向商家反應，收到會改善，希望能仔細清洗；
本次吃牛肉麵，麵條較硬，湯頭不錯，牛肉很大塊，送餐速度超級快，有助於翻桌率，可惜不敵原材料漲價，價格也是慢慢往上漲，但是還可接受，總評不錯，小問題待改善，有空路過愛吃硬麵條的可以參考吃看看。

湯頭濃郁，偏傳統的味道，香味直接豐厚，像走進濃霧裡的感覺，整個舌頭都被濃郁的氣味包覆。麵條普普，不會過軟，但也沒有到恨Q彈。
腱子肉片不柴不乾澀，入味好吃，可惜只有三塊，下次試試能不能單點或加點。
＊牛肉冬粉
吸足湯汁，味道更顯厚重，冬粉不軟爛也不會難嚼，吸足湯汁的味道表現比麵更好。
＊小菜
種類超豐富
吃過肝連、海帶、滷蛋、過貓，都用同樣的醬油膏調味，醬油膏甘甜不死鹹，滷菜味道足，燙的肝連也好吃，有肉鮮完全不腥，帶著甜味。過貓脆口好吃，清爽不膩。

I have eaten liver lentils, kelp, marinated eggs, and cats, all of which are seasoned with the same soy sauce paste. The soy sauce paste is sweet but not salty. . The cat is crispy and delicious, refreshing and not greasy.
