★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing during summer, try to go from morning to midday when the sun's still out. It was super hot, but the views are worthed. Becareful there are some muddy terrains, suggest to use moquito repellent just in case.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On our way to Tai-tong, we spotted some straw made statues, so we stopped by to check them out. Actually we found more later on during our trip. It’s somewhat unique, so stop by to check them out and stretch yourself during your long drive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful place! Too bad there's no shade. It's extremely hot. The buildings are very artistic and the rice field is like something out of a studio ghibli movie.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the very few places you can see paddy fields and rice terrace along the coastline in Taiwan. Best time to visit: the last 2 weeks in May, and the first 2 weeks in June. Sunrise here is nice if you are able to get here before 5 am in the morning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think I was not coming at the right time because most of the fields were filled with grass instead of rice. ?
Yet you can still take some pictures there, and from there, you can also see the ocean. I think it’s special because the fields are by the sea, not as what we usually see that are in the country.
