★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 16樓的游小姐口氣跟態度都極差，公務員很了不起耶，講話像在找人吵架，可以隨便訓斥人。
 Miss You on the 16th floor has a very bad tone and attitude. The civil servants are amazing. She speaks like she is looking for someone to quarrel, and she can scold people at will.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新店國稅局櫃檯人員態度傲慢，資料一疊散在櫃檯上叫民眾自己撿。且門口的引導志工（？）也相當不專業，已明確告知要處理申報的事務，卻引導到錯誤的櫃檯，讓人坐著空等，浪費時間，還不斷怪罪民眾自己弄錯，原來志工是給退休老人玩扮家家酒消磨時間用的。辛苦他們在佳節期間還要上班了，祝他們聖誕節快樂。
The staff at the Xindian IRS counter were arrogant, and piles of materials were scattered on the counter for the people to pick up by themselves. Moreover, the guiding volunteers (?) at the door are also quite unprofessional. They have been clearly told to deal with the declared affairs, but they have been directed to the wrong counter, making people sit idle, wasting time, and constantly blaming the people for making mistakes. The work is for the retired old people to spend time playing with house wine. It's hard for them to go to work during the festive season. I wish them a Merry Christmas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 整體環境動線感覺比舊大樓好太多了。服務中心1號櫃台廖小姐專業又有耐心，協助報稅人解決問題，服務值得稱讚表揚。
The overall environmental circulation feels much better than the old building. Ms. Liao at Counter No. 1 of the Service Center is professional and patient, assisting tax preparers to solve problems, and her service is worthy of praise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Xindian Tax Office 16F- Every year there are issues for foreigners filing taxes. Closed for foreigners between 12-13:30 yet no notice. Locals can still file taxes during this period. 1 person who doesn't speak English assigned to manage all the foreign residents in Xindian! Again more reason foreign professionals choose Singapore and still probably Hong Kong over Taiwan.
