★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 如果坐在辦公室吹冷氣替民眾辦理良明證不舒服的話就不要幹！ 在那邊碎碎念三小！ 一堆人沒印身分證你在那邊不爽什麼？網路申請沒有註明你也要靠北！ 爛透了！ 不爽做就別做！ 服務態度惡劣！

網站上代領良民證寫明只須同意書及身分證明文件，要幫朋友代領，一下說可以，一下又改口說只有直系親屬才可以，超級傻眼
The people applying for the Good Citizenship Certificate did not wear masks and had a very poor attitude. Even the previous foreigner had difficulty filling in the information, needed help, and made things difficult and rhetoric.
On the website, it is stated that only consent and identification documents are required to obtain a good citizen certificate on behalf of a friend. It is said that it is ok, and then it is changed to say that only immediate family members can do it. I am super dumbfounded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天去新店行政園區的新店警察分局辦良民證，從地下室停車場直接坐電梯上樓，誤闖了五樓的外事組，沒想到裡面的員警(忘了記下名字)，非常客氣還親自帶我下去一樓的良民證窗口。辦理良民證的員警，也態度非常好，處理的速度非常快，讓我對整個警分局行政效率大大讚賞，值得給個讚?
Today, I went to the Xindian Police Station in Xindian Administrative Park to apply for a good citizen certificate. I took the elevator directly from the basement parking lot and went upstairs. I accidentally broke into the foreign affairs team on the fifth floor. I went down to the Good Citizen Certificate window on the first floor. The police officers who handled the Good Citizenship Certificate also had a very good attitude and handled them very quickly, which made me greatly appreciate the administrative efficiency of the entire police station, which is worthy of praise??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 辦良民證，有先網路登記申請，要記得準備身份證影本，速度挺快的，入口表示還算清楚，但辦事人員沒有服務業那種親切（如：「您好，要辦什麼業務」；或是辦完通常會說「謝謝」之類的）導致第一觀感會感覺有點奇怪。
To apply for a good citizen card, you have to apply for online registration first. Remember to prepare a copy of your ID card. The speed is very fast, and the entrance is still clear, but the clerks are not as kind as the service industry (such as: "Hello, what business do you want to do?" ; or usually say "thank you" or something when you're done) that makes it a little weird at first glance.

記得先網路申請2.5天和攜帶身份證影本。

8:30～12:00/13:00～17:00週末放假
辦理人員蠻客氣的。
To apply for the Good Citizenship Certificate, please enter from the alley on the left side of the police station and on the right side of the gate.
Remember to apply online for 2.5 days and bring a copy of your ID card.
