★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 雖然是老舊社區，但品質不錯。住在這裡十幾年了覺得很幸運。當初很有遠見已規劃冷藏垃圾及廚餘區。擁有方圓百里全年無休（除了保養日）一樓游泳池。健身房也寬敞。後方河堤步道，面河區及面中庭都有不同的生活體驗。
過馬路就是光明國小，近年光小刻意降低麥克風音量，體諒芳鄰，很讚的學區型社區。附近生活機能非常佳。
Although it is an old community, the quality is good. I feel very lucky to live here for more than ten years. At the beginning, I was very far-sighted and planned cold storage garbage and kitchen waste areas. It has a swimming pool on the first floor with a radius of a hundred miles all year round (except for maintenance days). The gym is also spacious. The trail behind the river embankment, the area facing the river and the courtyard all have different life experiences.
Crossing the road is Guangming Elementary School. In recent years, Guangxiao has deliberately lowered the microphone volume and is considerate of neighbors. It is a wonderful school district-type community. The living function nearby is very good.
