★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unwilling to do basic police work on a clear case of mail fraud. They have the resources to find the people that are blatantly stealing from people. They have phone numbers, date of shipped packages, time of shipped package, 7-11 cameras, the bank accounts attached to 7-11, credit card information, and refused to investigate any of these resources... Instead have just told me that I will not get my money back and there is nothing I can do about it! It's borderline compliance. YouTube video will be posted with full context and situation
