★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 位於林森國小旁的小型公園，只有天幕算是較大的設施，但已佔了公園大半面積，只適合小孩玩樂遊戲和老人散散步，公園主要的角色應該是旁邊的大樓，大門上的名稱為中壢區樂齡學習中心，也就是南區老人文康活動中心，還有一個較好聽的叫長春學苑，所謂人生七十才開始，很多老人身體還很健朗，長春學苑有將近六十個課程，可讓老人上課學習消磨時間，從舞蹈、歌唱、語言、繪畫、攝影、書法、烹飪、瑜伽，到智慧型手機應用、桌遊等，涵蓋所有興趣與嗜好，是退休人員活到老學到老的最好去處。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 感覺沒有在維護，給孩子玩的遊樂器材非常簡單，地板跟進出口需整修，要去老人活動中心內才有廁所，建議帶小孩去附近的龍岡公園比較好，這裡大部分的設施太舊，較多設施感覺是配合老人。
