飯跟菜的量都很多，一般食量的女生建議飯一半就好，我這次買的就是飯量一半的，吃完還是超飽。
調味部分，主菜的味道滿夠，搭配青菜部分是比較清淡而且菜很新鮮，所以整體不會吃得很膩，唯一比較不合我口味的就是飯不是粒粒分明那種，稍微有點濕軟。
隨餐還有附一瓶類似養樂多之類的飲料。
真的很想天天去買，但可惜不住附近。
