使用 Orbi AC3000 在3層樓的透天,會有斷訊狀況,加買一顆衛星後訊號範圍擴大,但仍偶有斷訊,ㄧ度懷疑產品有問題。後來詢問客服小編,服務很好和專業,還和我要了建物平面圖來討論擺放位置和接法,重新擺放後果然穩定沒再斷訊。好產品真要搭配好客服,值得按讚鼓勵。
