速度超慢。中午寄個東西6個人要等20多分。小姐還一直聊天。下午再去寄。只有1個窗口。等3個人又等10多分。光復路的郵局都很快。這郵局效率太差了。

昨天下午前往辦理儲匯業務,臨櫃只開3個窗口在處理,等待人數有30人,而領取振興券則開2個窗口,在等待的一個多小時中觀察兩項窗口的承辦業務量納悶“主管”在那裡?是不是應該適時做機動性的調整支援呢?讓30個客戶傻眼等待而另2個窗口呢?唉!這家郵局的服務態度就是習慣讓客戶等等等~?無所謂啊!你不想等就跑別家郵局辦理是這樣嗎?
Yesterday afternoon, I went to handle the foreign exchange deposit business. There were only 3 windows for processing at the counter. There were 30 people waiting, and 2 windows for receiving the promotion coupons. During the waiting for more than an hour, I observed the business volume of the two windows. Where is the "supervisor"? Should we provide flexible adjustment support at the right time? Let 30 customers wait dumbfounded and the other 2 windows? Ugh! The service attitude of this post office is to let customers wait~? It doesn't matter! You don’t want to wait and just go to another post office to handle it, is that right?
