★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 要去廟街游覽，就搭乘捷運在這一站下車，應該改名新莊廟街站比較合適。這裏站内有件公共藝術作品，名稱爲廟街風華百年再現，把廟街21個游覽點的外觀圖，依照其位置做成雕塑在墻上。而廟街出口樓梯旁有另一件公共藝術作品---編織圖。附近還有小西門劇團的五虎將公仔，及响仁和鐘鼓廠的大鼓造型展示。
To visit Temple Street, take the MRT and get off at this station. It should be renamed Xinzhuang Temple Street Station. There is a public art work in the station, whose name is the Reappearance of Temple Street in a Century. The appearance of 21 tourist spots on Temple Street is made into sculptures on the wall according to their locations. On the other hand, beside the stairs at the exit of Temple Street, there is another public art work---weaving. There are also five tigers and generals dolls from Xiaoximen Opera Troupe, as well as big drums from Xiangren and Bell and Drum Factory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小京都の入り口みたいな駅で沢山の歴史あるお寺や宮があり老街や夜市など見所が沢山ありました。台北からもすぐなので普通の観光地に飽きた方やローカルな雰囲気を楽しみたい方は訪れて見る価値があると思います。良い街でゆったりした台湾らしい優しさも感じられました。悠バイクもあちこち設置してあり動きやすかったです。
