沒搞清楚狀況就打電話來，說送件資料缺件，卻也不知道缺了什麼，那請問我會知道要補什麼嗎？說會再回電告知結果等很久也沒有下文，打回去才說喔沒事了，不懂這樣消極處理事情的態度是怎麼回事？
最後是因為內部有規定如何黏貼紙張才被退件，也真的很瞎，等了一個月最後得到這樣的答案真的無法接受！
The internal staff was not clear about the document delivery process at all, and waited a month before sending the documents again, which was extremely inefficient.
I called without clarifying the situation and said that the delivery materials were missing, but I didn’t know what was missing. Will I know what to make up? I said that I would call back again to inform the result that I have waited for a long time and there is no more information. I called back and said, "It's okay. I don't understand what is going on with such a passive attitude?"
In the end, it was returned because there were internal regulations on how to stick the paper, and it was really blind. It was really unacceptable to wait for a month to finally get such an answer!
