★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 因為想要有更結實的肌肉讓爬山更順利,所以開始找健身教練,然後很幸運遇到了Summer!練了幾次之後,很快就被爬山的朋友們誇獎有進步,不再拖累大家,自己也明顯感覺到身體更有力,可以陪我去更美的地方。目前已經成功等頂玉山和谷關六雄(只差馬崙)。
除了訓練有成效,覺得Summer真的很專業,在書上或是網路找到相關資料,也都可以跟他討論,還可以幫忙設計相關課表。
Summer可以用簡單清楚的方式,跟我這個麻瓜解釋肌肉和骨骼是怎麼運作的,讓我更認識自己的身體,所以更知道要如何控制。
連帶的好處是身體的感受力變強,不然平常其實不太注意自己的身體,好像只用腦袋眼睛和手(為了滑手機)活著。跟身體有更多的連結是很奇妙的體驗,也讓我覺得和自己更靠近。
很喜歡教練跟我說身體的彈性越大,也會讓心跟著改變。難以言喻,但真的有感受到。
另外就是有時候覺得下班好累很想放空,覺得整個人應該都散了,但跟著Summer完成了很多動作,上了自己也沒想過的重量,是很激勵人心的體驗。
Summer教練非常貼心,注意細節,身體有任何狀況跟他反應,他都即時做出調整,跟他一起練習超級放心❤️ 非常推薦

跟宣教練配合了大約半年的時間,體重從原本的70.2kg穩定增加到現在的75.8kg,整體外型相較於之前真的進步有感!
ℹ️起因:
而當初想決定要上課的主要原因,是在上了第一堂體驗課的時候。在每一個動作的訓練中,教練會一一矯正我之前運動的所有壞習慣,他會告訴我這個動作在操作時的要點,以及該使用到哪裡的肌群發力。
ℹ️過程:
?對於剛接觸健身的新手或是教授新動作時,也會用比較淺顯易懂的方法及動作讓你更好上手。?對於有訓練經驗或是已經有一定基礎的學員,教練則會多採用高強度的超級組搭配,來強化整體的訓練感受度。
在經過調整的姿勢訓練過後,原本自主訓練完全無感的動作,隔天早起肌肉痠痛真的超級有感!
ℹ️心得分享:
在宣教練的ig粉專上已經有過很多成功雕塑體態的學員,甚至還有的學員在健美比賽得到不錯的名次。當初也是看到這些ig po 文以及ptt 上的評論才想說來試試看,但實際還是在上了第一堂課後才完全認定宣教練是一位足夠專業以及符合我期待的專業健身教練!?

In Coach Xuan's ig fan college, there have been many students who have successfully sculpted their bodies, and some students have even won good rankings in bodybuilding competitions. I also saw these ig po articles and the comments on ptt before I wanted to try it out, but in fact, it was only after the first class that I fully recognized that Coach Xuan is a professional fitness coach who is professional enough and meets my expectations! ?
