★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 學府牛肉麵的湯頭就是紅燒牛肉湯，半筋半肉有厚度也較有嚼勁。說不上什麼特別感覺，2021年12月一碗紅燒牛肉麵漲到145元，牛肉捲餅125元，感覺CP值不是很高。建議搭配寬麵較吃得到牛肉麵的味道。
相對來說，自選滷味就還蠻入味，加點辣醬更能提升風味，價格也是一般價。小菜一份40元就看個人的喜好～
雖然同樣也是報導美食，但這家牛肉麵的人潮不若另一家知名牛肉麵店來的多。阿姨們服務態度還行，只是邊用餐邊聽阿姨們在聊天感覺就⋯?

Although it is also a report on food, this beef noodle shop is not as crowded as another well-known beef noodle restaurant. The service attitude of the aunts is ok, just listening to the aunts chatting while eating is fine...?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well priced, noodle soup is great. They also have some other cool Taiwanese food such as fried oil cookies and egg rolls which also taste pretty good too. Keep in mind you'll have to wait for quite a long time(-1) if they have a lot of customers; their kitchen team is also quite small.

For the average students, the price is a little expensive, but compared to other restaurants, its beef noodle taste not too salt. It’s surroundings is very clean, the waiters are very kindness. Last time I ate lunch at this restaurant, the store manager give me a plate of side dishes. But this place is inconvenient to parking. The closest parking place is the 18 peaks mountain, so after parking the car, you need to walk about 8 minutes to get this restaurant.
