 People who spend money in Chimera shopping malls should be careful. I returned an item and my money was withheld after half a month, even though I didn't sign for it from beginning to end! It takes 2 working days to answer each question, and the answer is that it will take more than a dozen working days to get the result, which is more bureaucratic than public institutions...

yahoo already loses a lot traffic throughout the year. KPI of advertising on yahoo and microsoft is questionable.
if yahoo doesnt value its own SEM customer, you will lose your customer as well.
please train your employees and value your customer. employees should’ve be able to give professional advise to SEM customer or at least know how to use your own advertising tool. it is really unprofessional for you to not knowing anything and passing around the question.
