沒看過有這種店家。今天看到一個外籍人士(家人)跟他訂機車殼然後也不幫她看有什麼損傷。
一點點小擦傷也沒有勸她說不用換。
就幫她訂機車殼！然後對方付了訂金$1000
但是我(車主本人)發現一點小傷不需要換
之後我打給機車行說我要取消
機車行說他付了訂金就是要付錢
我頓時傻眼？？我付了訂金可是我可以取消啊.
我明白對方調貨的車資,我表明可以賠償
但對方東西堅持不退,且全新的都沒拆封
我就跟他講法院見她叫我去告買東西有七天鑒賞期又不是煮東西一個塑膠殼又不是當天叫他做出來老闆還說不要再App亂講話不然他就要提告我
今天也不是不跟你好好講我也說給你跑路費。
沒看過這種機車行他堅持他們的規定。
