非常糟糕的態度!舊有課程中間有請假,也沒補過課,新的會期沒有繼續繳費上課,也沒通知不能去上新的課程!說要確認上課簽到狀態,把簽到卡拿去確認,直接用立可帶塗掉說剛好上滿!請問我從沒補過課,何來的上滿?真的是要繳錢一張嘴臉,不繼續上課又是另一張嘴臉

昨天已到現場對質,你們的人員也回應我只上17堂,但報到的卡片卻已經被你們畫滿20堂,請問你們不是欺騙嗎?一個循環的課結束,我不能上那循環的課跟我們是否已經上滿20堂應該是兩回事吧!昨天已報到、上課卡片也給你們看了你們也已經註記,你們的人員讓我們上去上課!已到教室準備上課、結果還把人趕出來?說我們沒資格上那堂課!搞得我們好像要騙你們的課程一樣,讓我們在其他家長面前丟臉!難道這就是你們所謂的尊重嗎?試問你們有說過剩餘課程不能跨循環上課嗎?家長從何而知?還有要小心喔!跨循環的新課程只要上一堂就算孩子不適應也只能繳10堂課的費用!今天就算我們不能上新循環的課?那我請假的課程呢?還敢說我們還有堂數你們尊重我們讓我們補?要不是我們去問你們會主動告知我們還有剩餘堂數?從我上第一堂到昨天為止,從來沒透露過補課資訊,請假第一次就沒有說過補課資訊,業者在家長請假當下也沒有詢問,只會說什麼當初你們有說要在這個循環把課上完,事實上我根本不知道你們有說一定要在這期間把課上完不能請假,所以我的小孩不能有生病權利,不能請假,不然事後還要怪家長沒有積極詢問補課?試問根本沒有提供補課資訊家長如何得知?我就是知道你們山谷音樂歷史悠久所以當初選擇讓小孩去學習,沒想到卻非常令人失望,要是昨天無到現場詢問,你們也不打算回應我們在電話中的疑問,根本打算不了了之,一直鬼打牆,說那循環的課結束!所以我們上完20堂?到底是我文字理解能力有問題還怎樣?櫃檯人員還在電話用訕笑的口氣回應,這就是你們歷史悠久有口碑的處理態度?反正千錯萬錯都是家長的錯,絕對不是你們業者的問題,所以拜託大家你們的小孩都不要請假喔!因為業者根本不會管你那堂課有無到場,也不會主動詢問!還有要記得補課是家長的責任喔!不關業者的事!只能自求多福,從頭到尾無感覺到抱歉、用輕浮態度回應!尊重是留給值得尊重的人的!你們什麼態度回應我!我也是如此而已!不要在刪文囉!!
