★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management only cares about money, not the students. When the teacher need to make adjustments on the schedule, the agency doesn’t agree. When the teacher want to make up for missing classes, wasn’t allowed either. That’s what I meant by only care about money, not the one class we had to pay. Instead of arguing with customers, the owner should consider to be more flexible and favorable on your policies towards the students and the teachers, and not just your own interest. The front desk employees are great in this institution, it’s just that owner is too focused on your own polices and profit. To be fair, I’ll change the stars.
