第一次mail 通知 後來敲了第二次日期為8/22/18:00.
當天很趕的接了孩子下課匆促的給孩子隨便晚餐18:00到了現場
櫃檯小姐竟不知道有跟家長預約
直到還我出示手機line，才知道貴教室line跟我敲的時間是8/22 18:00
才敷衍說了不好意思今天人數不足沒開課
真的很令人生氣
孩子這麼興致高昂的要去上期待已久的鋼琴課 卻因為yamaha內部作業疏失造成孩子的失望及家人感受度不佳
貴教室的服務很差勁竟然還有人要去
Registration experience changed my date twice
The first mail notification was later knocked out the second date was 8/22/18:00.
On the same day, I picked up the child and hurriedly gave the child a casual dinner at 18:00.

Really very irritating
The child is so excited to go to the long-awaited piano class, but because of the yamaha internal work, the child’s disappointment and family feelings are not good.
