就是不方便才無法親臨店家，卻得到店家回覆說電話不知道怎麼解釋？
問一些改裝問題也回答「等你要買再說」？？？
還說不知道我們現在到底訴求是什麼。
電話一開始就有詳細告知詢問「車牌問題」
怎麼會不知道訴求？
確實母親有打電話先詢問過車牌問題
但就是因為不清楚，所以再撥打一次
卻得到店家這樣的態度，有夠差勁
一台車近十萬，我難道不能在事前溝通成本上，費點心出點力嗎？
得到這樣的態度，糟透了。
