一開始時間我可以接受剛好可以趕上班
後來讓我上班遲到半小時超過
在這邊花了約一個小時
如果發現沒辦法如跟顧客履約之時間
可以在知道的當下就「即時」告知顧客
讓顧客癡癡的等
不是一個很好的做法

在朋友的推薦下來到這間做大保養，
店員服務態度很好，也積極回答我的問題，將車放在那邊後也有來電跟我確認更換的零件及保養的部分。
但拿車回去之後，車子性能明顯下滑，騎乘時發出異音，甚至發現螺絲沒有鎖等致命問題，隔天回去後遭推托是車子老舊、自然壽命到了（我才騎兩萬公里），螺絲本來就沒有鎖等理由，讓我略感心寒。

However, after taking the car back, the performance of the car dropped significantly, and there was a strange sound when riding, and even fatal problems such as the screw not being locked were found. After returning the next day, it was dodged that the car was old and had its natural life span (I only rode 20,000 kilometers). There is no reason why the screws are locked, which makes me feel a little bit chilled.

被另外一家店家保養時才發現。
如果當下提醒說要加錢我也接受，
但就是感覺就是不太好，都換整顆新的了，煞車油竟然還用舊的這麼髒，沒有在為顧客著想的感覺。

It was only found when it was maintained by another store.
If I am reminded that I want to add money, I will accept it.
But it just doesn't feel good, I have replaced the whole new one, and the brake oil is still so dirty that the old one is so dirty, I don't feel like I'm thinking about the customer.
