耶誕夜入住義大皇家酒店,晚餐選了這家餐廳,原本想訂位七點,然而現場人員告知需改為七點半才有位置。 入席後未提供懷石吃到飽的菜單,經詢問後才告知該方案僅提供至七點半,有種被耍的感覺,事先皆未告知,明明距離營業結束時間還有兩小時,卻以不提供該餐點,且於六點訂位時,服務人員也未主動說明,對於一間位於五星級飯店內,且客單價破千的餐廳來說,實在不可取,更別提七點半到現場的時候,還在門口站了五分鐘才有人來接待。 單點的餐點口味也很一般,八貫的握壽司要價750,明明菜單上載明會有星鰻、鮭魚卵等品項,但實品照卻未見(詳照片,含加點的兩顆鮭魚),服務人員亦未有任何說明,且醋飯偏硬偏乾,醋飯口感比40元一盤的迴轉壽司還不如。 服務人員態度很好,然很明顯人員不足,餐聽經營者應增加人力。住客有折扣尚可接受,不過我想非住客應該也不會有人專程來該餐廳用餐。 收費不斐,然餐點品質不到位,前台登記訂位人員還須與對面牛排館共用,對於客單價破千的餐廳來說,實在無法接受

整個環境佈置很高級舒適,有包廂也有窗邊觀景位,洗手間很乾淨,餐點部分算是還可以,生魚片、炸物好吃,但是整體餐點比照價位沒什麼CP值

2021.12.11 義大皇家酒店內,1280加一成服務費,指定銀行信用卡打85折,服務沒話說,懷石吃到飽,四五個服務生超忙的,海鮮尤其是生魚片很新鮮,點了至少十次。湯頭很讚,天氣冷一開始大家都喝了好幾碗。甜點也好吃,牛肉完全不行,真的很不行,這次慶生之行還安排了一個包廂,比較有自己的空間。整體來說打85折Cp值真的不錯!!
