從電話預約的時候就有很好的服務，雖然預約很滿，電話中還是主動詢問病患牙齒現在的狀況如何、會不會很痛判斷是否有緊急看診的需求。 今天一早接電話的小姐聽到我是因為要在別家拔牙需要事前檢查，依然很貼心跟我說明拔牙前後的清潔衛教知識，也沒有強推自家的服務，貼心的服務讓人主動預約了之後要來固定檢查的服務?

Dentist Lee was very nice and patient to explain what, how, and why during the medical process.

The place itself looks a bit old, but not the equipment. Nurses are very friendly, however they don't speak English. If you have problems with Chinese, there is one English speaking dentist Dr. Jeff. He is very thorough and keen to explain everything. If you need you teeth checked in Taipei, I definitely recommend this place.

Best private dentist clinic I've seen in Taipei. There is a popular belief among my Taiwanese friends that if dentist offices look new then they're not good, because it demonstrates lack of experience and compensating it by looking nice. In my three years in Taiwan this has been oddly true. This dentist office building looks a bit outdated, but the equipment is modern and the service is excellent. Compared to other dentist clinics in Taipei, three things stood out: first, the dentist spoke English well and was happy to explain details and answer questions. Second, a mouth xray to check for cavities was automatic, not an optional service. Third, not only did the dentist check for cavities, and do a cleaning, but he also polished my teeth. In Taiwan xrays and polishing at other clinics seem to be an optional service, and sometimes not done at all, whereas here it was included without asking. Lastly, with NHI it only cost 150NT. Anyone not going to a dentist, and especially this dentist, is missing out on a good service

I have to say that I had an exceptional experience with Dr Jeff. I had a terrible tooth ache due to my wisdom tooth growing. He slotted me between two appointments to check what I had and gave me some medication to prepare for the extraction. It was super smooth and I did not feel any pain. Very good experience and happy to recommend Dr Jeff that also speaks excellent English!

If you have any teeth problems, this should be your to go place ! Dr Jeff was trained in the US, he is patient, skilled and attentive. The place is brand new and well tended to. I went there to remove a wisdom tooth and was very impressed with the process ! Dr Jeff went through everything with me and made sure I was numbed correctly before removing the tooth. It didn't take more than ten minutes ! He made sure I had the right medicines and gave me loads of information to tend to the teeth. I'm normally extremely anxious at the dentist but Dr Jeff made sure everything went smoothly. Would totally recommend !

The best I could find in Taipei! Finally a dentist that took the time to fix my teeth. Very friendly, super professional and with good humor too. Highly recommend!
