★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sort of interesting but rushed. They are polite but don't allow you to explore by yourself. The tour was kinda boring but they were very nice. The building and surroundings are lacking care and attention. It's a relic from a bygone era of China and Taiwan history and they don't seem to know what to do with it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the hidden gems in Taipei. It is out of the way and requires transport there and back by taxi, but is worth the time and hassle. Comes with a free guided tour, and as it usually is quite empty it becomes a private tour of the premises. Holds a lot of historic significance and is quite simply incredible.

It only spent 13 months and was finished construction in 1966. Standing on balcony of 3rd floor to enjoy the greate scenery of Yangmingsan National Park and Taipei City is an awesome experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very classic Chinese building. Very wroth to eat into the building and see the beautiful painting on the ceiling and the old traditional furnitures. It's a magic building bring you back to the 1960s. All the details inside the building will makes you feel amazed! Definitely a good spot to get to know about Taiwan and experience the beauty of Taiwan.
