★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A few things you can do while visiting here
1. Charcoal grilled cake: What makes this place special (aka long line) is their batter and charcoal grill. You can't find something like this north of here (or, very difficult )
2. Yi-men noodle : this is a must try in yanshui (and its known for this other than beehive fireworks) I would call this ramen of Taiwan. There are several great places in the city.
3. Say hi to my grandma : my grandma owns a local hardware store and it's been around for 50 years - she's a lovely lady, come say hi to her and tell her where you visiting from. The place is called Cheng-li store (晟利行) and the address is No.5 San Fu Road (三福路 5號)
