★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 涼麵跟醬燒杏鮑菇超好吃，真的很用心的餐點，平價美味又有份量，下次一定要再來吃。
唯一的缺點是備餐時間稍長，不過店裏環境還蠻舒適的，等一下也還好。

這次用Uber Eats外送來點拉麵，但是淡水比較離拉麵熱門區有段距離，找了一間在地經營10年以上的「窯窯拉麵店」點了應該是招牌的日式涼麵拉麵套餐，麵條挺Q彈的，雖然海苔後來與麵黏在一團?
使用芥末+沾醬這點很特別，而且除了久違的嗆度還挺消暑的?搭起來挺好吃的?
三色菜基本上就是水煮菜，調味醬還不錯，溏心蛋稍為熟了點，整體口感還不錯，希望未來淡水可以多點拉麵店?
