★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though t is quite a walk from the maokong gondola, yet the food price is very reasonable and the tea quality is nice as well. The atmosphere was also awesome no matter sitting in or outside. The best part may be that it is even run for 24 hrs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stunningly beautiful place to grab some lunch. The tables all overlook the mountains and its a nice place to have lunch, drink some tea and just spend the afternoon. They have an interesting system where you make the tea yourself following the instructions given along with the tea set so that was a surprise but overall a very nice place to hang out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tucked away from the Maokong station, it takes quite a walk before you'll reach it. Serene environment to enjoy an afternoon sipping tea with friends, relaxing in the hilltop and just soaking in the atmosphere.
You can bring your own tealeaves too and just pay for the water and use of the tea set. Food was pretty good too!
Popular with the locals and it gets really packed on the weekends!
You can take a bus down instead of walking back to the maokong station for the cable car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a very long drive from Taipei, this tea place literally on top of the mountain. I went there when it was rain so we couldn't really see the night view. This tea place has a very nice touch to it and I like how it's has indoor and outdoor. People can literally spent at least 3-4hrs just to relax and spent time with friends. We ordered a set of teas and you can also buy snacks go along with the rain. They have a souvenir shop where you can buy small tin of can or large bag of tea to bring home and also other items such as cups, snack and many more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great tourist friendly teahouse! You buy tea by the container, pay a water fee, and can drink as much tea as you want for as long as you want with a great view and atmosphere. This is well worth the scenic and relaxing walk from the gondola station! Must go!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely tea experience. I get to do the tea preparation on my own. It is such a great time. Food is nice and the tea is so refreshing. You have a mountain view and great bird chirping background too. It is open 24hrs and lots of seats too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super chill and authentic tea experience, and it's really unique that this place is open 24 hours. I loved that they gave me directions (I've done gongfu style tea a few times, but I learned something new here!) and the self-serve hot water station.
