地點沒有明確得指示但人員都很親切服務很好??
You need to go out from East Gate 3 to the outside and then go to East Gate 1. You will pass through East Gate 2 (it is an independent gate and you cannot enter from Taipei Railway Station). You need to change your ID and take the elevator to the third floor!
