★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在民安夜市一個不顯眼的角落有這一家看似這條街上唯一的一家牛肉麵店標榜24小時營業，牆上的老照片和藝人簽名看的出這一家的前身是一家同名牛排館，或許也是因為長時間營業的關係這一家就算用餐時間來吃店內來客也是總顯示寥寥無幾。
大碗牛肉麵120的價位在之前調漲後已經失去低價優勢，肉質和麵條的入味其實也和一般的牛肉麵店差不多，空心菜和牛肉麵似乎不是個很合搭的組合。

The old photos on the wall and the artist’s signature show that the predecessor was a steak house of the same name. Perhaps it is also because of the long-term business relationship. The price of Big Bowl Beef Noodle 120 has lost its low-price advantage after the previous increase. The meat quality and the flavor of the noodles are actually similar to those of ordinary beef noodle shops. Water spinach and beef noodles seem to be a not very good combination.

建議怕狗與友愛動物的朋友不要前往用餐。

1.雜醬麵 用家常麵。超級好吃的醬 配上有嚼勁的麵
2.牛肉湯麵 用細麵 吃麵時湯會和麵一起入口 滋味請自行感受 （當然經濟許可 直上牛雜麵 牛雜 嫩而不爛 有嚼感 ）
3.小菜必點 花干 老闆娘會將花干泡在牛肉湯裡加熱 吃到嘴裡 牛肉湯會從花干裡湧出 不自行體會 難能認同
4.很多人點的 辣小魚乾豆乾 夠味
不是好吃不推薦。試試
