田	田偉翔 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨天原本要來這家復健科做復健但超過時間有位小姐就說20:30前到結果今天我20：10就到了櫃台說有點超過時間要我去裡面復健科問可否做因為我有事先說忘了帶復健卡櫃台說沒關系可以查電腦結果一進復健科有位男子問我有沒有帶卡我說櫃台說可以查電腦但那男子有點不耐煩要我在去櫃台掛號我就說我剛掛過了還一直跳針要我去去去... 後來我整個不爽直接走人有夠爛的服務好一下說8：30前可以又一下說我超過時間把病人當球踢來踢去是怎樣

C	Carol Yang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 各職類的老師們都很用心且有耐心，態度與家長溝通上都很親切，也都在關注孩子程度與進度，團課安排也有顧及同學間程度落差不會太大（曾聽個人熟識的家長反應別家，會亂排同學～我可能較幸運沒遇過，因那家長提的我們在那處也超過1年了），會配合一些節令辦豐富好玩的活動整合孩子所學與練習復健科醫師對孩子們都很有經驗（有持續關注小兒與小兒復健這部分），對孩子轉銜與教育問題也很了解，感謝醫師群與治療師群！ Teachers of all occupations are very attentive and patient. C	C C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 優點是管理決策者應該蠻重視防疫的，而且我知道樓上有長照護理之家之類，長輩的抵抗力不佳，更是需要重視防疫的環境與照顧人員，所以這是我給5顆星的原因。記得媒體有提醒民眾未來可能需注意時，怡和醫院就願意花錢添購櫃檯的防護，後來又有耳溫酒精設備，有段時間門口有護理師，現在疫情染疫人數多，管制更注意，護理人員都全身防護，有注重員工的工作安全，相對就醫民眾也比較有保障。因為我常跑醫院診所，所以發現怡和醫院在防疫工作上甚至比大醫院還動作快至少有一兩週，那時我還奇怪為何oo醫院沒任何防疫，結果oo醫院就因為疫情上新聞了，才開始管制出入量體溫過健保卡。我在怡和醫院就醫算蠻多次，工作人員戴口罩，眼睛雖然很累的樣子沒笑，但態度表達是我可以同理接受的。如果看到聽到捷運站o心牙科某櫃檯小姐說話的樣子，才會讓人理智線斷掉感覺病情加重了。
