陳	陳愛子 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 拔絲起司$45 紅骨九層塔$35 （紅骨比較香，紅骨意指紅莖）去年就知道「一珍軒」，只是因為疫情不開放內用，今年又再次想起，實際嚐過，果然值得推薦。價格實惠，用料大方，服務親切，環境乾淨，更重要是「合乎自己」口味，這些優點集於一店，理所當然一訪再訪。嚐過中美街的古早味麵糊蛋餅，那家口味雖然多樣，但是對於「個人」偏油，而一珍軒粉漿蛋餅是清爽，並且有一定厚度，銅板價就有飽足感。可惜第一次前往（5/26）還沒有「火龍果餅皮」，第二次前往又忘了這個品項，沒關係，期待第三次前往。
