★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2020 9/26 我從板橋騎車走北宜到宜蘭。到頭城以前賣茶葉蛋的公廁上廁所，上完發現水龍頭鎖緊後還是會有水流出來。於是我回到板橋後，在00:40分左右掃了公廁提供的QRcode回報了這個問題。想不到回報之後的三分鐘後(大約是00:44) 宜蘭縣政府環境保護局就有人打電話給我回覆問題了。真的是太有效率了。他的回覆內容是因為現在這麼晚了，無法找到人去處理，要等到明日才有辦法處理。不論之後是處理如何，這樣的回覆效率可真是迅速呀。第一次遇到這麼有效率的單位!! 真的要大大給個讚!!
2020 9/26 I cycle from Banqiao to Beiyi to Yilan. When I went to the public toilet in Toucheng where I used to sell tea eggs, water still came out after the faucet was locked. So after returning to Banqiao, I scanned the QRcode provided by the public toilet at around 00:40 and reported the problem. Unexpectedly, three minutes after the report (about 00:44), someone from the Environmental Protection Bureau of the Yilan County Government called me to answer the question. It's really efficient. The content of his reply is because it is so late now, no one can be found to deal with it, and there will be no way to deal with it until tomorrow. Regardless of the subsequent processing, such response efficiency is really quick. This is the first time I met such an efficient unit!! I really want to give a big praise!!
