★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 從八仙山森林遊樂園區下來後，很快就可以看到英谷餐廳，就在統一渡假村對面，門口有活魚水箱及3-4個停車位，兩間透天寬的店面，非常好認。很多風景區的餐廳都很雷，但英谷餐廳完全不同，充滿膠質的鱘龍魚料理，無論是煮湯還是清蒸，都非常可口，好幾道菜也非常下飯，常常轉不到一圈，就被家人夾光，可能大家爬完山比較餓吧???除了鱘龍魚二吃之外，還有山羌肉、炸溪魚炸溪蝦、炒豆腐、炒山蘇、蚵仔酥、高麗菜、油雞、山茼蒿等，都非常好吃。重點是，價錢非常合理，下次造訪八仙山還要再來。
