網上預約流程 4星 醫護人員水平 ?星 醫護人員工作態度 0星 協助居民服務人員水平 3星半 協助居民服務人員工作態度 4星 在場負責人處理事務能力 0星 在上負責人工作態度 0星 我是不了解明明規定打疫苗時間15:30結束,結果醫生15:00就離開,還被服務人員刷說是因為沒提早半小時到關係他們只到15:00(15:10到),那一開始線上預約就直接註明只到15:00好嗎? 說兩百人都打完了,那預約的我不是人? 所以開放線上預約到底是為什麼? 那時間規定只是擺設? 整個流程下來,如果想提早下班就直接註明只到15:00,不要讓人白跑還被刷臉感覺。 當然還是感謝現場有別的服務小姐幫忙另外掛號預約,只不過如果我當下沒詢問辯解是否繼續被當作透明人不了了之? 最後,衛生所服務時間到下午17:00,確定嗎?是否要請更改一下服務時間免得白跑一趟?

今天是1/11/2022(星期三)早上預約打永福宮莫德納第三劑,上網約一小時仍然無法得以預約,後來經由鄰居告知可透過衞生所看看可否;經過電話連絡上以後,非常快速的完成預約,其中總機王小姐耐心解釋不厭其煩的詳細解說;真的感到溫馨,王小姐:雖然我不知道您的大名是?但是真的感謝您,如果現在的公務人員都像您這樣…..有您真好! 鶯歌區民屠魯萍1/11/2022

很遺憾的在此注射第三劑BNT疫苗,若能重新選擇,絕對不會在此打針! 裡面行政人員不下10位,打針的護士只有一位,不知道是針頭太粗還是護士心情不好的影響,難怪一針下去立馬酸抽痛(前兩劑真的比被蚊子咬還沒感覺),我老婆還噴血加瘀青,奉勸各位鶯歌鄉親,不要再來此打疫苗了⋯⋯

陪家人來打疫苗動作慢的要死,50分鐘只跳了1個號碼,只看了一個看了一個而已,我們是第三個真的太誇張了,外面排一堆人辛苦的等著,真的不知道在幹嘛,不知道是不是在等醫生吃便當膩。人家怡兒是進去一個就馬上門診接著打針後等待,30分鐘早就已經回家了

辦個隔離補助勞心勞力,5月7號確診,本來補助天數是10天,結果等了二十天終於收到簡訊了,結果顯示能補助天數只有7天!?資料搞一堆、效率極慢、態度不佳,政府小氣,想盡辦法阻止人民申請補助,或自動減少能補助的天數,一個衛生所甚麼事都說辦不了、不能改、不該是他們負責,都甚麼世紀了,政府相關機關資料都不能電腦連動,真的很落後,出包率也不知道是故意的,還是無意的,都只能說彷彿還活在上世紀一樣,你們這些政府機關根本就無法瞭解民眾的艱辛,一堆爛政策,一開始想說不要刻意去催收隔離簡訊和補助申請書,不要去造成相關單位的壓力,結果就一直沒消息和一堆出包,你們鶯歌衛生所評價這麼差要怪就去怪爛政府、酒控鐘他們的爛政策!

因為被3+4居隔有問題需要詢問,但客服人員態度真的有夠差,差到讓我覺得鶯歌衛生所都可以收起來關掉了,盡然直接說我鬼打牆?我問題都還沒說完,沒耐性的要我閉嘴???真的是滿頭問號,不要說我不體諒工作人員,連他們自己都在糟蹋自己同行的觀感,就是1922要我找當地衛生所詢問,結果呢?還是一樣沒有幫忙解決問題啊!甚至可以說,單純打電話過去被衛生所的員工罵而已,那要找衛生所幹嘛?

動線混亂,志工跟工作人員多到不知道在幹嘛?完全擋住行走路線,帶小朋友預防接種,醫師只有一位,然後大人小孩混著看(用同一個診間) 接種小孩的流感疫苗還差點沒得打 現在疫情嚴重還這麼混亂 真的是很不行欸

打電話詢問確診和居隔資料相關問題態度極差 還在敘述我的問題,還沒說完(我的話才講不到30個字,可能5秒都不到),就口氣極差說不關她的事;問她,那我可以向誰詢問相關問題,又回說,我不知道(一副我怎麼會知道的口氣)。 因為態度口氣太差惡劣,我口氣就變強硬,才回答,你可以向某某單位詢問,這是該有的工作態度嗎?! 掛電話時,電話還用甩的 另一天,電話打了一整天70通電話,不是沒人接就是電話中;結果衝到現場,除了現場只有一個客戶在打疫苗,其他空蕩蕩沒人,櫃台4個人在那聊天 要預約防疫計程車去洗腎中心,雖然解隔,但洗腎中心要求快篩,但快篩結果還是陽性,填完預約單後,衛生所說解隔就是不給預約,要我們自己想辦法,?!完全就是什麼事都不想辦的單位 最後打1922,跟我說直接聯絡當地衛生單位預約防疫計程車,1922表明狀況後,很友善的給我其他窗口,透過他們才解決問題。 這中間打了很多電話都是說找當地衛生單位,很明顯衛生所在推卸責任! 我不知道鶯歌衛生所存在的意義???!!! 浪費人民納稅錢 這種效用極差的單位應該可以裁撤了, 把這群養老心態派去醫院急診室好好體驗一下民生
