★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was amazing a little Buddhist temple built into a cave ?✌️. Honestly, it was even raining and it made it even better. I even got lost in the mountains around the area but it wasn't long till I found a bus stop to get me down the mountain. Such a brilliant day ✌?✌

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The nearest waterfall from Taipei. Beautiful place. Relatively accessible, just ensure you come from 北宜路, not from Muzha side. If you take bus, get G12 from Xindian.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing scenery, really worth to go!! The path is short but not as easy as my thoughts before I went, recommend to dress with sportswear and sneaker there, the path, stairs are slippery and steep.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a wonderful waterfall area, peaceful place to think and meditate on anything you want. Once you find your way here by your own means.
I walked here from the gondola ride and noticed this place on the map they give out in the tourist area. It was a very small mark off the broken path, so I decided to walk over there and it was much longer than expected, but worth it to see something unique and peaceful. I think many will agree they will have found this by accident or by chance.
The little temple inside is beautiful and the view from behind the waterfall is something to remember. But if your into taking long walks and enjoying your own time, go for it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The reason why I rated this a 4 out of 5 was because the entrance to the cave was closed on the day I visited. Apparently it's only open on the weekends. I went on a Monday. Now I want to come back just to see what it's like inside. Getting here was relatively easy. I got a train and then a bus. Once you're off the bus there is about a 15/20minute walk to reach the trail. The hike up to the cave was decent. You get a nice little workout but it's not too much. The cave from the outside is beautiful. The lush greenery is breathtaking. It truly is beautiful and serene here.
