做為一個工地人 這間我給滿分 因為份量足夠。
做為一個食客，我只能給三分基本分。
原因:
1.麵體不Q彈 (可能是外帶的時候放了15分 麵體吸湯吸飽了？)
2.湯底稍死鹹 (加辣感覺就重鹹了。)
3.肉有熟,但不嫩 (肉是真的很多，是半筋半肉，可是...硬度有點類似水煮白斬雞那樣 不好說w)
後記:這間店上菜速度很快，基本上不用等排隊這回事。

Item: Beef Noodle (Large) (p.s. because it should be braised beef noodle)
As a construction worker, I give full marks here because the amount is sufficient.
As a diner, I can only give three basic points.
the reason:
1. Noodles do not Q bombs (maybe 15 minutes when taking out the noodles and sucking soup?)
2. The soup base is slightly salty.
3. The meat is cooked, but not tender (the meat is really a lot, it is half gluten and half meat, but ... the hardness is a bit like boiled white chopped chicken, hard to say w)
Postscript: This restaurant serves food very fast, so basically you don't have to wait in line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最近裝修完換兒子接手，味道不是我熟悉的，加辣的口味也跟以前不一樣了，麵條太細，外帶回家都黏在一起了，希望能找出方法改進。
Recently, after the renovation, my son took over. The taste is not what I am familiar with. The spicy taste is also different from before. The noodles are too thin and they are stuck together when taken home. I hope I can find a way to improve it.
